The Relationships Project believes we can build a better society, an equitable economy, effective government, flourishing businesses, successful services, and thriving communities – if we put relationships first. It's mission is to understand how relationships improve outcomes, grow a field around this work, and embed relationship-centred practice across society. It was my pleasure to contribute as a Researcher between 2019 and 2022.

In collaboration with council experts, I led on developing this toolkit for helping council workers improve outcomes through relationship-centred practice. This involved researching and building a library of best practice, designing a Relationships Navigator tool, and editing an accompanying launch report.
